Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

My company uses HubSpot CRM for its daily day in and day out work scope i.e. Creating leads for the sales department and distributing them among the team to contact them and address their needs and get them onboard if possible. It helps as we can monitor the ongoing process as every task that is updated on the respective deal simultaneously by the deal owner. The recorded tasks are then analyzed, in order to scale up the business.

HubSpot CRM has a user friendly interface with the option available to customize its services according to the business needs. Data record is made easy, transparent, and readily available. Communication between the teams is made more efficient as it is a more reliable source and its easy to use feature makes its hassle free for any kind of business.
All leads that are generated through the social media marketing and other conventional methods are recorded in the CRM and then they are distributed among the respected teams. All the sales then are forwarded to record the tasks, approach the clients, address their needs, and close the deal if possible. All in a time saving, efficient mode.
Salesforce is a CRM developed for every business according to their needs, but I would give preference to HubSpot as it provides user friendly interface, easy to adopt and integrate with the email, which eventually helps the business in time saving and smooth operation in terms to data collection and record, communication, transparency. On the other hand Salesforce somehow provides the same facilities but the HubSpot is more reliable I would say.

HubSpot CRM is well suited if you have offices in different regions. So all the work is transparent and is easily assessable to any user. All the communication and data record/ collection is smooth and readily available. Plus it's easy to use and has a very user friendly interface that will eventually help every new user to work with full confidence.
