Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It is how we keep track of clients, as well as document communications. We also use it to send emails, etc. to clients.

Pros

  • Client records.
  • Bulk emailing.
  • Task calendar.
  • Easy to use.

Cons

  • Not starting all the way back at the top of the page when you back out of a contact.
  • Convenience.
  • Time saving.
  • Ease of access.
It's easier than most that I have used in the past.
It makes it easier to communicate amongst teams.
I prefer Hubspot over Smartsheet because with Hubspot users can make their own individual comments without worrying about it being deleted because someone else is making changes in the file.
