Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Using HubSpot CRM helped me in various aspects like customer management, market segmentation, Deals analysis, and much more. The problem was to keep a track of leads and priorities as per the buyer's stage that they are in. Starting from leads generation, filtration, and opportunities to customers each step can be easily counted, analyzed, and improvised with ease. The best part about this is I do not have to toggle between multiple applications now, if I have to call the prospect HubSpot can do that, send him an email, and create templates which indeed increases productivity by reducing the number of clicks. Now talking about the automation part, forget about the traditional way of sending emails one by one, daily basis, and keep track of it, with HubSpot we can create a workflow as well as email sequences and the actions will get triggered at the defined time. If you or your lead is worried about the daily, weekly, monthly, or even yearly updates or wants a quick overview of performance report, HubSpot Dashboard can be designed as per your requirements and add color coding, pie charts, and much more for effective and efficient data analysis. Create/Track deals closed won/lost, add tickets, or track payments made by customers and check their tendencies as well

- Lead generation, like create a raw data sheet and in one go import to your HubSpot account then easily tag them under multiple field as per stage.
- Outreach channels, HubSpot provides multiple outreaching channels like call through HubSpot simply integrate any calling application and get rid of toggling between the apps, create email sequences, create automation/workflows for effective time & motion efficiency.
- Keep track of all the activities both at company level or contact level. Create dashboard as per need and analyze to become better day by day.
- Templates, Meeting calendar links, Inbound/outbound lead analyses, inshort it's much more than you think.
Cons
- What I need, HubSpot got that already even more then that.
- One of the things that I would like you guys to improve on is the Mobile edition of HubSpot
- Mobile edition have a very less functionality and features
- Create/Track deals that have been won or lost, add tickets, or keep track of customer payments and analyze their trends.
- Instead of creating sheet by sheet with HubSpot time of proficiency create money
- Hence in terms of ROI, simply go with it without a second thought
With this sales and marketing collaboration became effective and indeed accountable. Qualified marketing leads became easy to filter hence daily update meetings with sales team reduced the time and increased productivity.When it comes to automation, HubSpot allows us to establish workflows and email sequences, which means that instead of sending emails manually on a daily basis and keeping track of them, the activities will be triggered at the specified time.
