Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is a very useful tool for CRM. I have used the tool for lead generation, marketing, and sales campaigns. You can customize the tool at your own convenience and also create workflows that suit the current market trends. The tools send an automated email reminder for the tasks that one creates and also at the end of the day you can your work progress in the dashboard. You can also generate as per need and present the data to management in a very simple yet understandable manner. There are also various fields present that you can add to your leads and based on that you can also customize the required action that you need to take. There are automated works flows present that sends the email sequence and once the sequence ends it sends you an email to start the calling tasks. The tools also help you to create a task that you might need after a year or a few months. It is the best tool for all your sales and marketing needs. You can add playbooks also that your team follows to it the tool.

  • I can edit the sequence as per my need, so I was able to make better outreach
  • I did not miss my calling tasks as the tool sends an automated reminder for each task

Easy edits of workflows, sequences, and tasks. I can easily add various fields to my contacts which was not an option in some other CRMs. Bulk editing is the best feature of the tool which other CRMs lack. You can integrate your calenders and emails with the tool without any hassle. The tool customization is very easy as compared to other tools

As a small business, we explored other tools for our CRM, but with each feature, the cost of the tool increased. When we switched to HubSpot CRM, it gave us those features at a very low cost. The tool is very easy to use and the UI is also very good. It helps you to put the filters as per your need and this makes the work more easy and less hectic
