Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We currently use HubSpot CRM for all our Customer Interactions right from qualifying them as a lead to the process of onboarding them as a customer. We enter leads on HubSpot CRM manually as well as through some integrations, then make outreach to those leads through email campaigns on HubSpot CRM and calls through it as well. We use deals and quotes to manage customer interaction and to keep track of lifecycle stages of Prospects/Customers. Training new team members on HubSpot CRM is really easy as well.

Pros

  • Automation : We can use customized workflows to execute various actions on contacts which makes our outreach more targeted.
  • Automation : Associating lifecycle stages with deal stages helps connect prospect stages with every step taken on a certain deal. For example, when we change the deal stage to "Closed Won", the Lifecycle Stage at Company Level automatically gets updated to "Customer".
  • Task Queues : Applying filters to priority and due tasks and adding them to a particular "Queue" really helps keep track of priority tasks and reach out to prospects effectively.

Cons

  • Sequences : I think the sequence limit of only 50 contacts at a time can be increased.
  • We should also have a functionality to send a particular template in bulk, not just a sequence (I understand we can have one email in a sequence but that is just an extra step if we only have one email)
  • HubSpot CRM can give a detailed description of why an email got bounced including SNTP Codes
  • We have the flexibility to create customized deal reports so that we can forecast and make predictions based on our pipeline and thus maintain effective delivery bench.
  • All the prospect/customer interactions are on HubSpot CRM with detailed noted about their needs/expectations which helps the delivery team and ultimately makes service quality better.
  • The idea of having all interactions in one place, be it sending emails, making calls, scheduling meetings, recording meetings, creating quotes (SOWs) really helps in effective utilization of time and resources.
HubSpot CRM is very easy to use and the UI/UX is far better than other CRM's that I have used. Navigating through different features is quite easy and you don't get overwhelmed by the tool which is really important to maintain output during working. HubSpot CRM making UX their priority really helps in effective sales outreaching.
It has aligned and optimized the efforts of sales and marketing teams to a great extent. Sales team gets the required marketing content in the form of emails and documents on HubSpot CRM which makes their outreach easy and in return they can send the leads to the marketing team for nurturing on HubSpot CRM. Sales and Marketing teams can stay in sync with their efforts easily on HubSpot CRM as everyone can easily see which leads are MQLs and which are SQLs.
HubSpot CRM has the upper hand in terms of ease of usage, change management and training new team members. HubSpot CRM has everything sorted in terms of UX and no team member especially new team members don't feel intimidated by this tool. It is really easy to use and access to numerous properties and filters really helps in getting desired results easily.

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

Very easy to use and the UI/UX is quite easy to get familiar with so it is easy for a new team member to get acquainted with the tool. Very well suited to get all the sales processes in one place. A scenario where it is less appropriate is if we have to make a specific playbook using flow diagrams, HubSpot CRM doesn't give the functionality of creating flow
