Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Following up on leads and clients is a bit complicated when we have a wide portfolio of services and products, this generates a significant demand for time, especially when we need to publicize new campaigns that need to be analyzed to determine their effectiveness. With HubSpot CRM we can manage the complete follow-up cycle and recognize how assertive we were in the discussion strategy we carried out.On the other hand, its simplicity in the implementation means that management within HubSpot CRM is not laborious, and by being able to safeguard the evidence of previous processes, we can see the result of our efforts in numerical terms and not in assumptions or conjectures.

Pros

  • It is highly customizable, which allows us to identify ourselves based on our brand, products and services.
  • Create new campaigns, through its generator, create visibility for the personnel involved in the process and cover the entire execution cycle.
  • Create forms and use templates to do so by default and customizable according to our branding.

Cons

  • The workflows option is quite friendly, however, sometimes we may need more features or tools for special cases (triggers).
  • The Top Metrics window provides us with very valuable information on the workflows, but a more detailed report on the states, in that Dashboards, would be a very valuable plus for curious people like me.
  • Dashboard Sales is fabulous, we can place it as the main screen to find out what is happening with our sales, but it could be that integrations with third parties would allow us to export that data natively and increase the experience.
  • We have increased the effectiveness in monitoring the client portfolio by 70% using the same human resource, in addition to minimizing the effort to achieve quantifiable results.
  • We have doubled our lead database, with more effective follow-up and with security mechanisms associated with information that we consider very valuable for our sales process.
  • We've streamlined our lead generation process and automated every stage through HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate statistical data in every state, plus it's allowed us to make tweaks to strategies even before the campaign ends.
Its usability allows you to start the adoption of the platform from scratch without complications. On the other hand, the mechanisms implemented to share information and generate visibility for all team members allow decisions to be made based on numerical data and not on hunches or speculation.
Notifying team members that they have pending activities is done within the platform, which makes this process measurable, and we create more structure in our internal procedures in the departments involved.
By creating more visibility we can do effective work, and by having the precise information at the time we need it, we can interact with real data about our marketing process. This increases the opportunities to make decisions, which are aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. In this way, each path we take is perfectly justifiable with the CEO since it is based on metrics and the use of analytics to promote organic growth in sales and the services we offer.
HubSpot has been easy to implement, importing our lead database, as well as being able to bring people from different departments into our sales process relatively easily.
HubSpot has made a great effort to help companies to optimize our sales process and the implementation of its functionalities does not require extensive knowledge in information technology.

Marketing Performance, in HubSpot CRM really helps us to know, if those leads that have entered our website will become sales opportunities, and in the Marketing Dashboard it will be precisely where we will be able to monitor and understand what is happening with our website with use single view. From this site, we will be able to know fully relevant information about sales, services and additionally the functionality of web analytics.On the other hand, we can model the sales process based on incremental states that allow us to place our potential clients in stages until successful deals are achieved, these states begin with the appointment, qualify to buy, scheduled presentation, and others. These ensure full visibility in the process.
