Cons
- The workflows option is quite friendly, however, sometimes we may need more features or tools for special cases (triggers).
- The Top Metrics window provides us with very valuable information on the workflows, but a more detailed report on the states, in that Dashboards, would be a very valuable plus for curious people like me.
- Dashboard Sales is fabulous, we can place it as the main screen to find out what is happening with our sales, but it could be that integrations with third parties would allow us to export that data natively and increase the experience.
- We have increased the effectiveness in monitoring the client portfolio by 70% using the same human resource, in addition to minimizing the effort to achieve quantifiable results.
- We have doubled our lead database, with more effective follow-up and with security mechanisms associated with information that we consider very valuable for our sales process.
