Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It's a great way for us to keep track of data and tracking and logging communications. Our business is unique in that traditional sales tactics aren't always the strongest solution. HubSpot also hosts our website, so it's nice that our database and website are held in one place.

  • We mostly use this as a database rather than for sales tracking at this moment

HubSpot is great for tracking and logging communications, creating contacts, companies, and lists. It seems to be geared toward product based businesses, rather than service based businesses, or businesses that use less traditional sales tactics because of the nature of the business.
