Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It's a great way for us to keep track of data and tracking and logging communications. Our business is unique in that traditional sales tactics aren't always the strongest solution. HubSpot also hosts our website, so it's nice that our database and website are held in one place.

- More customizable databases based on business
- Including more custom objects
- Able to build a more customize, detailed list
- We mostly use this as a database rather than for sales tracking at this moment
