Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

My company uses HubSpot CRM for our sales department, it makes the operations very easy and smooth day-to-day. I absolutely love it, It has absolutely improved my productivity and it is easy to follow along with my leads. My favorite feature is that you are able to create tasks while you work to keep you organized. I would recommend to a friend.

Cons

  • Not having to exit from the page after you create a contact
  • Sometimes the page goes down
  • Being able to look at all the contacts at once while you are in a companies page
  • Too many steps sometimes

I prefer it over any other CRM i've used
For the sales department, it has allowed us to smooth the process and be able to stream line and prioritize better. As far as marketing, I am not part of that department.

Hubspot is amazing for our sales department, the only place where it is not efficient is that our company has a recruiting department and they can't use this platform so they have to transfer data from HubSpot and put it on another platform. I wish it was all just 1 so the entire organization could work together
