Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot allows us to prospect and to easily facilitate pipeline creation with ease. Prior to implementing, prospecting was a nightmare. After HubSpot, I've been able to leverage the sequences functionality to significantly improve my outreach, engagement, and pipeline.

  • Assistance for users to adjust their views. This is confusing for users without prior experience in the CRM.

Even new users find the database intuitive and easy to use. We love it.
Sales and marketing now work seamlessly as one unit. Marketing is able to support the sales team with templates and incredible data driven by sequence work. That data allows us to make adjustments and to change things up to improve on each campaign over time.
HubSpot is far superior to Salesforce in every way. Especially if you're a smaller to middle of the road company. It's far easier to manage your business with the integrated tool set HubSpot provides. Plus you don't have to constantly deal with Salesforce consultants trying to grow your account.
