Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot as our CRM, as our Marketing content management system, and as a sales pipeline management system. From a Sales & Marketing perspective, having one system to manage the customer journey has been extremely helpful. Having the ability to track interactions and automate processes saves me and my colleagues so much time! The reporting capabilities have also been helpful in our analysis and decision making. We are excited to see what happens next!

HubSpot has made it easier to create a seamless experience between marketing and sales. It is still a work in progress, but we can set up automation and tracking to reduce follow-up times and create a more seamless experience for potential prospects and for our current client base. We can now work as one unit.
It is much easier to use. Zoho had scattered notes, and the email interface was very clunky. HubSpot makes the user experience very enjoyable with an intuitive interface. Also, the training programs they offer are amazing. While you can figure out the software on your own, HubSpot Academy makes learning the new software very easy.
