Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot CRM to keep track of new leads and log communication with existing leads. The software is easy to use. Our business address the problem of connecting. We connect offline to online using QR code technology. We help brands measure engagement and collect robust data to understand their marketing spend.

I do not sit on the marketing team so I am not well versed on the scope in which the use the Hubspot CRM product. Our sales team uses this product on a daily basis as a part of our strategy. That is an area of opportunity- incorporating this software for our marketing team.
Again, I have not used other CRM providers.
