Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot CRM to keep track of new leads and log communication with existing leads. The software is easy to use. Our business address the problem of connecting. We connect offline to online using QR code technology. We help brands measure engagement and collect robust data to understand their marketing spend.

I do not have much to compare this software to. There are multiple reasons why. The first reason is that Hubspot CRM is in a class of its own and does not compare to what other companies offer. The second reason is that I have not used many other CRM softwares so I do not have much to compare it to.
I do not sit on the marketing team so I am not well versed on the scope in which the use the Hubspot CRM product. Our sales team uses this product on a daily basis as a part of our strategy. That is an area of opportunity- incorporating this software for our marketing team.
Again, I have not used other CRM providers.

I do not see a scenario in which Hubspot CRM is not appropriate. For my day to day interactions with clients Hubspot CRM is a crucial part of our business strategy. It keep us organized, and allows us to quickly revisit prior communication from companies and clients . I am happy to have this tool.
