Great CRM for a small to medium business
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use it to manage accounts within our company. It allows you to move clients through pipelines to see what stage they are in every step of the way
Pros

- Simple to review past calls
Cons
- A little more customization on the clients profile
- Ability to change colors / themes of the CRM
- It has a positive impact on my role. Hubspot allows me to be more effective with the roles and responsibilities here.
It has helped align those 2 departments in several ways. One of the big ways is lead generation and seeing that when a lead comes in, what the source is, how they found out about the company, the prioritized contact information and so forth. It also is nice to see what marketing is forecasting for the coming months
I have used Salesforce in the past but I remember them having to hire an engineer to build it out the way that we wanted it. It was something that was very expensive and if you are a smaller successful company there really is not a need for that expense.
