Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it to manage accounts within our company. It allows you to move clients through pipelines to see what stage they are in every step of the way

Pros

  • All client data is tracked
  • Easy to use
  • Simple to review past calls

Cons

  • A little more customization on the clients profile
  • Ability to change colors / themes of the CRM
  • It has a positive impact on my role. Hubspot allows me to be more effective with the roles and responsibilities here.
I would say it is at the top of my list along with Salesforce (when Salesforce is designed correctly). The workflow is very easy to setup I used HubSpot at my last company too and helped get some of the features setup and it felt simple to learn as long as you are tech savvy.
It has helped align those 2 departments in several ways. One of the big ways is lead generation and seeing that when a lead comes in, what the source is, how they found out about the company, the prioritized contact information and so forth. It also is nice to see what marketing is forecasting for the coming months
I have used Salesforce in the past but I remember them having to hire an engineer to build it out the way that we wanted it. It was something that was very expensive and if you are a smaller successful company there really is not a need for that expense.

HubSpot is a great CRM to manage day to day tasks. It is very easy to learn if setup correctly. Keeps everything organized in one place. It's nice how the dialer system that we use integrates with HubSpot to allow all calls to easily come in and go out without having to use 2 different platforms.
