Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Our organization uses HubSpot CRM to track and manage all of our leads, client and projects (deals). The main business problem that this product addresses is the tracking of prospects and clients, originally we were tracking everything on paper but HubSpot allowed us to automate a lot of the process with their CallRail, email and website integration capabilities. Now all of our leads are automatically imported and we can track them through the sales process efficiently.
- App Integration
- Exporting Data
- Easy to learn
- Outlook app often disconnects on it's own
- No ability for a combined deal with customer view
- Minor glitches from time to time (but they do a great job of letting you know it's a known issue on the site and that it's being worked on)
- Shorter Deal Cycles
- Easier to reach back out to clients
- Easier to track how long it's been since the last contact with a prospect
Unfortunately we do not use HubSpot for marketing purposes, only sales but having used the software and having gone through the training I know that it makes integrating sales with marketing quite simple. You have the ability to chose which of your leads are qualified as marketing leads so you do not pay to market to leads you are not confident about.
I have not used any other CRM aside from HubSpot. The company's decision in selecting HubSpot was based on the recommendation of our marketing company who had used it in the past and was familiar with it. Upon completing the training, I agreed that it would be a great fit for the company due to the ease of use.
