Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to track qualified leads. The platform allows us to seamlessly track leads by forwarding emails or automatically capturing emails for key contacts. The system files attachments, chronicles meetings, and allows one to qualify the lead and its potential for generating revenue.
Pros
- Logs emails in order for others to see
- Tracks attachments for people to review easily
- Helps get qualified leads booked for calls
Cons
- I would like all my contacts to get automatically filed
- I would like to be able to chat with staff to fix my issue in a chat or text feature
- I would like a cash referral fee for recommending companies to use it
- I would like better analytics from it like what Zoho Analytics offers
- At my old workplace where we used it, I helped log lead flow
At my job prior, HubSpot allowed our Comms and marketing team to better coordinate with the sales team for sure. It also helped us report to our Executive team and investors more easily
HubSpot is easier to use and more fun to use I was able to get more people to use HubSpot than other CRM systems. Some people who pushed back on using a CRM HubSpot system ended up telling me they liked HubSpot
