Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I used HubSpot CRM to track activity and keep me updated on tasks, leads, prospects, sales pipelines, and projects. This product is great for tracking emails, phone calls, notes, and schedules and allowing management to track progress toward projects without having to call or take away my time from the sales process.
- Track email opens and responses
- Schedule tasks custom to each prospect or client
- Allows for everyone to see what is happening with a project
- Templates for emails are great
- Using the phone calling feature is great also
- When scheduling an in-person meeting the address does not pull over from the contact information, it would be helpful to add it to my calendar so I can put it in my GPS easily.
- It would be slick if the address for the client meetings could be sent directly from the app to my fave GPS system like Google Maps or Waze.
- Some of my calls using HubSpot CRM appear as possible spam and I'm not sure how to overcome this.
- I am able to track easily what I need to be doing each day by going right through my task list.
I did not have a say in the selection but I feel that the ease of use of the application and the training is very well worth the time and expense in making the change to HubSpot CRM.
