Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

All of my business emails, phone calls, and meetings log into HubSpot. We previously used SF but were setup to manually notate each of these. Automatic logging and associating of my activity allows me to focus on my primary goals, involving selling. I frequently reference HubSpot for context related to previous interactions and contact information. The UI is setup for painless navigating.

  • Mobile App should allow for individual user customozation
  • Is there a News notification for logged accounts?
  • At least in our setup, I'm unable to view my entire inbox/outbox. I'd love to solely live in HubSpot land.

  • I wish their was a comprehensive dashboard for each account, formattable to allow for quicker analysis.
Far superior. The SF CRM we used, well I hardly used it, was not user friendly whatsoever. I would manually track everything. There was not a routine process at our company. It was essentially like keeping a paper and pen journal. HubSpot's integration capabilities are far superior and while there can be improvements made, I strongly prefer it.
HubSpot CRM offers a user-friendly interface and robust marketing tools, making it ideal for small to medium-sized businesses. Salesforce Essentials, while powerful, can be more complex and better suited for larger organizations. We chose HubSpot CRM for its simplicity, integrated marketing features, and cost-effectiveness, aligning perfectly with our team's needs and scale.

I'm excited to begin leveraging the sequences, but need to establish these. I'd love to see a Chat GPT API/Add-on. I wish I could take virtual meeting within HubSpot and have the calls notated and organized by AI. I have two business emails. The second is not capable of being connected to HubSpot - but this is our issue. Not able to add/change associations within HubSpot Sales for Outlook on all of my emails.
