Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
All of my business emails, phone calls, and meetings log into HubSpot. We previously used SF but were setup to manually notate each of these. Automatic logging and associating of my activity allows me to focus on my primary goals, involving selling. I frequently reference HubSpot for context related to previous interactions and contact information. The UI is setup for painless navigating.

- Is there a News notification for logged accounts?
- At least in our setup, I'm unable to view my entire inbox/outbox. I'd love to solely live in HubSpot land.

- I wish their was a comprehensive dashboard for each account, formattable to allow for quicker analysis.
HubSpot CRM offers a user-friendly interface and robust marketing tools, making it ideal for small to medium-sized businesses. Salesforce Essentials, while powerful, can be more complex and better suited for larger organizations. We chose HubSpot CRM for its simplicity, integrated marketing features, and cost-effectiveness, aligning perfectly with our team's needs and scale.
