Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for Sales and Marketing, routing all our inbound and outbound activities through the CRM

  • Sales and Marketing Sequences
  • Integrations with 3rd party platforms

Cons

  • AI based suggestions while writing templates
  • HS has helped us understand which leads to target to improve conversions
Much easier than competitors, specially Salesforce
Activity feed gives clear idea of what each team is doing which creates synergy between sales and marketing teams.
