Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM to record all forms of communications with the customers as well as use it for any sort of internal communications related to the clients. HubSpot makes it easy for us to keep consistency throughout the business and helps in accountability as well.
Pros
- Record client communications.
- Sales Analytics is a useful tab to keep track of your performance.
- HubSpot tasks be filtered (e.g. Due today , overdue , due soon).
Cons
- 'Search box' could show more options, which consist of letters being put into the search box.
- Data put into a company's profile does not automatically sync with the 'ticket' created against the same company. For example, we deal with customers.
- The deals pipeline helps to manage the deals created more effectively and keep on track. This results in more deals being scored quicker.
- The internal handover, with the help of CRM HubSpot, has resulted in the Customer Success Team being on top of every customer interaction.
With everything being done under one roof (HubSpot), Sales and Marketing are more often on the same page than they used to be in the past. This means that they are more aware of what the other team is doing and what the expectations are. The Sales team knows now which customer has been reached out to by the marketing giants, which helps them in their prep for that call.
I have not used Salesforce, so unfortunately, I do not know much about it.
