Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot as our main customer database. Our sales team runs their business through HubSpot. We monitor sales activity, pipeline metrics, and closed won revenue through HubSpot dashboards. HubSpot is the lifeline of our sales team. Each day, reps log in to HubSpot, and the CRM runs our day, tells us who to call and who to email, shows us deal progress, etc. Without HubSpot, our team would be lost and unable to function at a high level.

  • Presents quota attainment and closed won/lost revenue in a meaningful way.
  • Advanced reporting and exporting capabilities.
  • Dashboard creation could be easier.
  • Use of AI could be enhanced.

  • Repeat customers have increased MoM.

HubSpot is the ideal CRM for a small to mid-size sales team. HubSpot is the most accessible CRM to use and easy to learn, train, and develop skills over time. The activity timeline of a contact makes it easy for a manager to see where a deal is currently at or how a new deal came to life.
