Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM to bring in leads, keep track of deals, and track appointments made by individual employees. We also use it for communication with members and prospects by phone or email. This helps cut down on the time it would take for us to email and call each individual person. It is also nice that we can assign specific tasks to specific roles/employees.

We selected HubSpot CRM against the other competitors because it was the best use of our money. HubSpot CRM has been extremely helpful in tracking our deals when it comes to new member sign ups, free workout appointments, and personal training agreements sold. HubSpot CRM is also easy for our large pool of employees to utilize.
