Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to bring in leads, keep track of deals, and track appointments made by individual employees. We also use it for communication with members and prospects by phone or email. This helps cut down on the time it would take for us to email and call each individual person. It is also nice that we can assign specific tasks to specific roles/employees.

I gave HubSpot CRM a 9 out of 10 for the overall usability because out of everything that we use it for it has done everything we need it to. For the most part, it is user friendly. The certifications that it can provide people are also helpful when it comes to a training aspect.
We selected HubSpot CRM against the other competitors because it was the best use of our money. HubSpot CRM has been extremely helpful in tracking our deals when it comes to new member sign ups, free workout appointments, and personal training agreements sold. HubSpot CRM is also easy for our large pool of employees to utilize.

HubSpot CRM is a useful CRM when it comes to mass communication. We are able to easily communicatee with our members and prospects. Anytime we want a specific marketing email to go out to a specific group, HubSpot CRM makes that easy. It is also nice to see how many appointments our sales team has booked in an allotted time frame.
