I track those who are interested in our company using HubSpot CRM, send them the appropriate messages at the appropriate times, and determine which marketing initiatives are most effective. It helps our team stay on the same page so we do not miss chances to connect with customers and can give them a better overall experience.

I am giving it a 9 rating because it has made my life easier. I can make my marketing strategies smarter with better insights from HubSpot CRM. It is simple to update when customers visit our site more than once and change their preferences. Yes, its very useful tools and features have made my work smarter.
My team was using Pipeline earlier, but that was not working according to our expectations, and our users were increasing, and Pipedrive was not able to handle that kind of number, so we switched to HubSpot CRM, and it has met our expectations as it is handling a very large amount of users now.

HubSpot CRM works great for handling marketing that brings people in. When someone signs up through a form, HubSpot sends them emails automatically and tracks what I do, like clicking links or visiting pages. It helps the sales team know when to reach out and what to say. But if I need really complicated automation or detailed online store tracking, other tools might be better.
