Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM to get a clear view of upcoming sales, which helps us make more accurate financial plans. It solves problems like tracking how well sales are doing, how much it costs to get new customers, and planning for different scenarios. We use it to see which marketing efforts are paying off. Overall, it helps us connect sales data with smart money decisions.

  • Its forecasting capabilities are limited.
  • Delays in data syncing with other systems.
  • It has no native financial metrics dashboard.

I would give 9 out of 10 for ease of use. It has a few features, such as custom views and automations, and is simple for the sales team to learn. However, when it comes to connecting with other tools or obtaining a more thorough financial report. It could be challenging or require more work.
We did analyze the Salesforce CRM Analytics for our team, but all of our team members are not technical people, so they were having issues using it. So we decided to go with HubSpot CRM because our non-tech team was fine with it as well, and they were really happy with its performance as well.

HubSpot CRM is great for keeping track of sales deals and seeing how much revenue we might bring in. For example, we used it to check deal progress across regions, which helped us decide where to hire more people. But it is not the best for deeper financial work, like long-term planning or analyzing customer loss.
