Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Main way to contact customers, internal ops, feedback surveys and only way to access customer contact information. We try very hard not to connect with customers via text message or email. We are working on getting the chat function up and running so it’s easier for customers to contact us.

  • Have lost customers due to “not responding” when we have responded but for some reason, since they forwarded an email, the default email to reply to was the address they forwarded from, rather than theirs
  • Have not been able to find emails I know were sent
  • Don’t like that email notifications are only provided to the assignee.
There are some downfalls and things that could be fixed but overall it’s fine. Like mentioned previously, email search lacks, sending emails lacks in some places either with adding a second person to emails without doing so manually or replying to conversations and having to manually change it to the sender because it wants to send it to the email they forwarded
Velocify only sends automated emails so being able to send custom ones is really nice. Velocifys call and record feature was much better than HubSpot CRM. HubSpot CRM cannot show a different caller ID than the one it calls which velocity can do. It would be nice to have to ring to my line but the outgoing caller ID show a different number so I don’t have people with my direct line

HubSpot CRM is great for email but it lacks in other areas. Also searching for a specific email can be difficult as it does not pull keywords very well. I typically have to look for a customer and then scroll through every email before finding the correct one. On other email servers I can look for a keyword and find an email that way. Additionally, the contacts are useful but it also adds every person emailed ever as a contact and also makes it hard to email two people even when connected to the same profile. We have to remember to add a second person if they’ve requested to be on all emails.
