Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales

Our organization currently uses HubSpot Sales for sales enablement and sales monitoring. HubSpot Sales addresses the business problem of combining CRM with the buyers journey.
  • HubSpot Sales gathers all relevant information on the client and tracks all communication.
  • Customer service
  • Integrations with other software (Eventbrite, SurveyMonkey etc.)
  • Sometimes the client information HubSpot gathers is incorrect/inaccurate.
  • Often times emails sent from your HubSpot platform get blocked by your client's email servers and there is nothing HubSpot support can do to fix this.
  • Faster lead conversion
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Better Customer Service
Sales reports. They absolutely meet our needs.
HubSpot Sales is well suited for smaller companies who are looking to improve their sales organization. It is not as appropriate for larger companies who might have too many people working with the same clients.
