Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite
iCIMS software is currently being used by the talent acquisition department at our organization although other areas touch the software as well. This software solves the problem of a recruitment platform. Prior to starting with my company they had no internal database or recruitment platform. I was astonished so we researched platforms and took demos and found that iCIMS fit our needs most.
- Database for resumes, saves all resumes and information on candidates.
- Templates for sending automatic emails to large populations. Saves a lot of time!
- Easy to use and user-friendly.
- Mobile version can be improved as well as mobile capabilities.
- Auto-populating fields could save a lot of time. So parsing resumes.
- More training demos.
- Database and resume management has allowed us to get more organized.
- Reporting features for the business and monthly goals.
- Templates for sending emails out as blasts has save a lot of time for our team.
Definitely a greater tool with more capabilities. Bullhorn had a lot of duplicates and glitches in its system whereas we don't see this with iCIMS. It allows for many users at different levels to use the tool and is user friendly. We selected this because for our large organization we needed something reliable and for large groups.
