We are using iCIMS across the organization. We are using it to keep track of our recruiting metrics.

Pros and Cons

You can customize/personalize everything to fit your company's needs!
The reporting function is amazing! You can create any type of report that you want!
You can create different login groups for specific types of managers and have them see only what you want them to see!

I wish that the system administrators would be able to update the iForms on our own instead of having the help desk make the changes.

Return on Investment

I am not sure. This is not part of my job duties.

Alternatives Considered

Jobvite, Greenhouse and JazzHR

iCIMS was the best bang for our buck!

I love that you can create any type of report that you want! No limitations! I wish that the system administrators were able to edit the iForm documents instead of sending them to the iCARE center.
