We have not had any need to call support for any issues/problems with Insightly that warranted a call. I am very happy with Insightly and how it has been working/helping our company keep all information in one spot!!

Yes. It was when shifting to the new user experience. We had a problem with dates update as we use it in Spanish. The support was excellent and had 3 Insightly team members interacting with me. The bug was solved in 3 days time. I was delighted with how much care they put on this issue.

I had developed a database schema that I used for reporting, and I would regularly use the "export of all data" function. After doing this for many months, a field which I needed was no longer included in the exported data. Even though I may have been the only person using the data in this way, Insighly added the field back to their export for me. I believe any other company would have just said sorry and left me hanging.

The most exceptional experience was that we never needed any exceptional support, and really hardly any support at all. Throughout, the experience has been so intuitive that most questions answer themselves very quickly. Some features maybe a bit quirky, but they never get in the way - you get used to them quickly.

On my touch-screen monitor the size of the Insightly screen suddenly became much larger. I believe I had inadvertently done this. It was very frustrating since it now required scrolling, both vertically and horizontally, to see the entire screen. Insightly's support was emailed and in short order showed me how to restore the default setting. The problem was, indeed, something I had done.

Insightly changed some features to the website when updating the site. One of the features limited the number of characters you could use in the description field in an organization. Prior to the update there was not a limit to the characters you could have in the field. Our organization used this field to house information we use in client support. When this update occurred we lost critical information used in our day to day operation. We contacted Insightly and they did a great job at quickly restoring the information to our site.
