Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I use Insightly across the whole organization. I also use Insightly in another company that I'm a part of. I manage leads, opportunities, and client relationships. I also manage a sales team using this tool. My team members like it very much. We all find it to be very user-friendly and intuitive.

  • Insightly training videos are excellent (e.g. Insightly U.)
  • Very intuitive and very user-friendly
  • I find the IOS app to be practically useless. It does not function well at all.

Sales has been the best, along with centralized contact management. Still working on efficiency and streamlined processes. Very pleased with the sales functionality. If mobile worked better it would improve everything.
Better in every way except mobile. App is aweful.
I think the online tool is excellent for any business that needs a CRM. The only disappointment my team and I have had is with the IOS app. If mobile is needed (which is almost all the time), it falls short.
