Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use it across the org for CRM use only. It allows us to better manage our sales pipeline and funnel.
- Price and features are good.
- Its UI is a bit dated, and at times the notifications are a bit unexpected. I get an email every time I associate a lead to a company, but no reminders that I've missed a deadline.
- Increased Sales
Yes- nothing falls through the cracks anymore.
It's great at the basics, and the price is right.
