Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
I had investigated Insightly as a CRM for my company before I left. After leaving, it was my choice to best track customers, potential customers and key contacts. The integration into Outlook is big to me, as I use Outlook exclusively for my business communications. The ability to import and export contact lists was easy and quick. I like that I can create custom fields to add to attributes that I use that might be unique to me. A great product that I recommend to others on a regular basis.
Pros
- Import of contacts from Outlook and export into Outlook
- Relational connections between the organization and the individuals within the organization
- Ability to create custom fields for tracking and classifying contacts
Cons
- I would like to see the ability to create a hierarchy within an organization. For example, a retailer that has regions within the corporation.
- Improved efficiency
Insightly gives me the ability to keep up with all my contacts on any device I have, whether [it's an] iPad, phone or laptop. I can instantly find the phone number and email addresses I need!
