Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
It allowed me as a small business to load up contacts I wanted to reach. Was a great tool for a CRM actually. I like the interface on ZoHo better though. The app itself is alright but I wouldn't refer it to anyone for that aspect. Overall 7/10 for Insightly. Didn't get amazing results but it was helpful as a free CRM.

I received some new business using it to organize contacts and leads but I only used it for a couple months before it got tedious. Although that happens with every CRM I feel like if the UI was better I would have used it longer. The UI needs a better user-friendly look.
- Salesforce, Zoho and HubSpot
It's just one notch below each on in all honesty. Salesforce has reports and integrations, Zoho has a great UI, and HubSpot has email open notifications. If the vendor combined all of those features into their platform it would be an A+. For now, Insightly doesn't pale in comparison but is not as close as it could be to the top dogs.
