Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

The whole organization uses Insightly for sales and operations processes and workflows.
  • There are many avenues to enter data in - many nooks and crannies to organize your notes.
  • You can customize how you use it - not just for sales, but also for operations processes.
  • Not as user-friendly as I had hoped. Fine once you get used to it. It's so massive that there are lots of things to learn. I think I could utilize it even better if I took the time to view more training videos.
We hope to increase efficiency and not let anything fall through the cracks for both sales and operations.
It's good for keeping customer data, tracking sales, and process reminders. Makes it quicker to reach out to prospects with email templates. I don't forget because of the task reminders.
