This CRM software is currently used in the Engineering department, with Insightly we can categorize, if you have several types of products or services, you can configure categories by opportunities. It can also be used to write down the type of priority that you consider about an opportunity found, it can be added for the management of projects, files and tasks, it is really a very functional tool within the company.
- It is software that allows better control and monitoring for project management.
- It allows the centralization of internal and external contacts of the company, improving the communication channels with suppliers and customers for the quick access to information.
- Through this software, a correct functional management of the company, tasks and processes is maintained.
- The most versatile part of Insightly is that it starts with basic and simple features that can be expanded as you grow your needs within the company.

We have no experience with the other company, we selected Insightly because it is an easy and more practical software to use, the modules are not as complex to operate as the NetSuite, Insightly has a lower cost and offers the same functionality as NetSuite CRM+ and other products similar to Insightly.
