Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Insightly was being used across the sales team. We found that the product was useful for our small team to manage our customer pipeline as well as email tracking and gathering leads from our website. Additionally, the integrations with providers such as Office 365 made the product easy to use.

Great integrations.
Price was perfect for small teams.
Very intuitive to use.

The calendar in Insightly was not up to par with other providers.
Would love to have seen a more visually appealing UI.
Tasks feature is lacking.

Low learning curve allows employees to get up and running quickly.

Alternatives Considered

Capsule CRM, Salesforce.com and HubSpot

Insightly was selected for its ease of use and wealth of integrations. Additionally, its pricing was a lot more favorable than some of its competitors. Overall, I think that Insightly is better suited for smaller teams.

It's low learning curve and price point makes it an attractive option for those with smaller pipelines and sales teams.
