Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is used across our whole company. It helps keep track of all projects and at what stage our projects are in, as well as all contact information for our customers/clients. Insightly is used on a daily basis and we update it regularly as contacts/jobs/emails often change. We love using it and it is so easy to maneuver around to find whatever we are looking for.

Insightly is very easy to understand and use. I would recommend it to any business who is trying to track projects and their stages.
I've never had an issue to where I have had to get any support for issues/problems/questions.
We use Insightly to keep track of projects and what stage each one is in. We are doing multiple projects for one customer/client within 3 different states. Insightly makes it easy to keep them separate from one another, while still keeping them under the same customer/clients. Makes it very easy to use and look up information.

Using Insightly

4 - The president of the company, chief officer of operations, office manager and IT manager all use Insightly for tracking jobs/projects and keeping track of all contacts. We use it on a daily basis and I love it....keeps everything in one place. Very easy to navigate and use for even those new to it!!

Love the ease of Insightly - we use it on a daily basis to check on the progress of projects, to add and change contact information, and for emailing customers. I've only been using it for about a year and it is very easy to navigate and learn the ins and outs.

The product features are easy to learn/use. Our company works with a lot of different customers within a few states and it is very easy to group customers together with a common word/phrase. The usability has been very helpful to our business in keeping everything in one place.
