Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use the CRM for 3 years now and the main use is to administrate every candidate that makes a consultation at school, it is very useful to organize every consult and separate between the different pipelines according the school year they are interested in. Before Insightly it was everything a mess, now we can make reports, follow each candidate stage and use the list of contacts for mailing and promotion

i think Insightly is very friendly to use, its simple, you can visualize everything in one page and you don't need long training sessions in order to learn how to work with it or to teach a new employee about the use of it. In our case, the different pipelines are fundamental to separate the candidates into academic years and that is essential to prioritize the inquiries
as from the moment we started using Insightly up to now, we were able to organize our workflow, to divide tasks between the team members and to manage all the same information and updated course of each candidate. It centralize everything in one place and every new member who enters our team has everything inside the CRM. It is simple, agile and the reports are super easy to analyze
i selected Insightly because it integrates everything in one place, with other platforms you need to have different things to manage your company. Here you have email marketing, data base and lots of functions to work with your sales products or services. if you are starting your business i highly recommend to try out Insightly!!

it is really good when you have to manage a great quantity of products or service sales, you can use the reports to focus directly on different matters, you can filter between pipelines, and the different parameters you use for your product or service. What I think they should improve is the new opportunity layout, it doesn't work well sometimes and its get stuck
