Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly as our CRM to manage contact information for our partners, external vendors, and prospects. Insightly allows us to organize as much or as little data as we need for each group with the ability to modify, run reports, and visualize the data as needed. Its integration with Outlook allows us to track every email that goes out, making it easy to preserve account history with each partner.

Insightly's systems are much more simple to navigate than other CRMs that I've used while still providing a level of complexity for customize solutions. From an administrative standpoint, there are some elements that take me a while to master, but overall I think the process is straightforward and easy to understand.
With Insightly, we have been able to better track customer touchpoints and run reports on that data. Because of this, we have a better high-level picture of what is happening with each partner in a few clicks. This has allowed our relationship management process to run smoothly and connected some of the dots between our individual departments.
Ultimately, I selected Insightly due to its ease of use and customizable platform. While very similar to Salesforce, I found the process to be a bit more streamlined when it comes to adding custom objects and fields. Insightly's layouts were simple and could be easily adopted by the non-tech-savvy members of my team, which was a big selling point for me.

Insightly offers a lot of customization and support under the Enterprise plan, so it can get a little costly. The Professional plan offered a lot of features, but its limitations with regard to storage made it difficult to maintain. The support team is top notch and between the general support queue and our account manager, I know I can get help when I need it.
