Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Having all client activity and profiles is of incredible help to us.

Pros and Cons

Adaptability to existing workflows.
Email campaigns (Marketing).

Missing some essential integrations (unless you pay extra for Appconnect).
Reporting is not as user-friendly and lacks flexibility.

Return on Investment

Reduced time and effort to manage client database.
Improved efficiencies for reporting and tracking deals.

It takes some time to learn it, understand it, and determine the best way to implement it. Again, I don't have a lot to compare against, but overall I've found that some aspects are not very intuitive or easy to grasp.

Integrated Platform Solution

It has helped us stay away from multiple spreadsheets. Having a central place to store our data and activity, and defined workflows, has improved efficiencies.

I really don't have much experience with other tools, so it's hard to judge the scenarios where it's less appropriate, but Insightly has been a very useful tool overall when you understand the limitations (and are ok with them).
