Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use it as project management software to handle the ins and outs of daily business as well as invoicing.
- Fixing invoicing issues on the back end.
- Ensuring inspections aren't overlooked.
- Keeping client info organized.
- Very very, very confusing.
- It takes a long time to understand the processes.
- People who struggle with technology do not adapt to it well.
- Not user-friendly.
- Not simple to use.
- Companies with more complex processes need simple ways to do them- Insightly should keep that in mind.
- Helped with invoicing by being a checker on the back end.
- Took a VERY long time for staff to learn.
- Dealt with constant glitches the first four months of using.
Honestly haven't been using it long enough to tell.
