Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use it as project management software to handle the ins and outs of daily business as well as invoicing.
  • Fixing invoicing issues on the back end.
  • Ensuring inspections aren't overlooked.
  • Keeping client info organized.
  • Very very, very confusing.
  • It takes a long time to understand the processes.
  • People who struggle with technology do not adapt to it well.
  • Not user-friendly.
  • Not simple to use.
  • Companies with more complex processes need simple ways to do them- Insightly should keep that in mind.
  • Helped with invoicing by being a checker on the back end.
  • Took a VERY long time for staff to learn.
  • Dealt with constant glitches the first four months of using.
It's not user friendly
Honestly haven't been using it long enough to tell.
Wrike is more user-friendly but doesn't have the tools to streamline the business.

Insightly needs a better structure. The terms are confusing, and the processes are long and complicated. Simplify, Simplify, Simplify, please.
