Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly as our CRM to manage our 10,000+ customers and prospects. The ability to add custom fields and tags really enhances our use. Also, one year ago, we added the Marketing services and love it. It replaced our use of Mailchimp, and we're really satisfied.

- We don't measure the impact of Insightly on ROI. I can tell you that it's easy and intuitive to use and works as well as our CRM.
It's had its biggest impact on the Marketing app and the related stats. Also, the ability to export based on tags is very helpful.
