Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is integral to our business. The sales team uses it to identify prospects, keep track of current customers, and process orders. The production team uses it to keep track of projects. The financial team uses it to identify which products are profitable and what marketing strategies are working. The best part of Insightly is that it is flexible and can be customized to exactly what is needed for each part of your team.

Pros

  • The reports are robust and easy to build. I can also schedule and email them.
  • The search bar is powerful and quickly finds the information that is needed.
  • The automations are easy to build and help to reduce work.
  • The software is flexible and can be easily customized for each user.

Cons

  • Automations can be affected by updates.
  • No ability to link the information on the related tab to the details tab on the projects.
  • We have grown by 10-15% each year.
  • We have identified which emails and marketing outreach have a higher conversion rate.
  • Easily track customer orders and automate follow-up outreach with our customers. Our reorders have increased by 15%.
We have been able to create customized objects when needed, which has improved our efficiency. Also, being able to create customized project views for each user if needed has increased the use by our employees.
Our sales team has increased its outreach by 30% using the Insightly marketing platform. The marketing journeys help to keep the sales process on track.

Insightly is perfect for keeping all the information needed in a central place for everyone in the company to access when needed. We use it to keep track of all our customer outreach, order processing, and marketing outreach. Our product development team uses the project pipeline. It is not quite as helpful for financial reporting to the executive team.
