Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We used Insightly not only to catalogue our client bases, but also potential clients as well. It was a great to differentiate between the two and make notes on specific things about said PR's and client. Tracking these two important type of people was helpful. It also a very good marketing system.

We were able to create a pipeline that would work for our specific business model, and adjust to some of the different ways that we run the company from most big business. The pipeline also made it easier for us to track specific clients status and making sure they would not fall behind, and was only possible due to the customization.
It definitely help the team stay on point and keep up with the many clients we had. We were able to check up on status of clients and their data in a nice and organized way. And searching through the database was simple too, so we would never get lost.
Insightly had overall way more flexibility then I had with NetSuite. NetSuite didn't have the creative pipeline abilities that Insightly had. Insightly had better data manage and tracking clients were way better and efficient then what NetSuite could deliver. NetSuite was behind when compared to the great options given by Insightly.

Insightly strives best as a CRM. It does well to help me find about certain people and make notes on people my business wants to avoid that tend to come back multiple times. The notes section has saved me in situations with irate PR's that always like to come back.
