Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

Intercom allows us to quickly communicate new updates and features to all of our subscribers. Our client success team is also able to respond more efficiently to questions and requests. We really love having everything centralized in one place versus a bunch of email inboxes and other tools.

Pros

  • being able to send messages to just certain types of users (admins)
  • greater customer satisfaction

  • easier onboarding process
I find Intercom extremely easy to use. Even if I can't find something, I can usually find documentation explaining what I need.
We integrated the Intercom chat with Slack which has been great at reducing multiple app notifications or having to have multiple tools open at once.
We used to use HubSpot to communicate with leads via their live chat tool and also message our client points of contact. We then used Mailchimp to communicate with our entire user-base. With Intercom we no longer need either of those tools.

I think Intercom is great for SaaS platforms like ours. It allows us to easily communicate with our clients while they're already logged into our tool.
