Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp for marketing emails. It helps with our monthly newsletters and special event announcements to our database of customers. Mailchimp can handle complex designs, resulting in a great customer experience.

Cons

  • Hosting a database of those who have unsubscribed.
  • Accidentally emailing those who previously unsubscribed.
  • Effective email campaigning.
  • Reporting on open rate.
  • Reporting on the unsubscribe rate.
I have not liked the Salesforce Mailchimp Managed Package. It appears to have been designed for the Classic interface. Not easy to configure and not end-user friendly.

Mailchimp Salesforce managed package has a long ways to go.
Meets our use case of needing an email campaign platform that is easy to set up and use. Able to send nice-looking emails easily.
Mailchimp is a great email campaigning company for small and large companies alike. It scales with you as you grow.
Don't need to be technical to administer Mailchimp.
Mailchimp is much easier to stand up than Constant Contact.
