Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

Intuit Mailchimp was used as part of my EDM and as the main order confirmation/tracking email provider

Intuit Mailchimp allowed my team to deliver content to specific demographics. A key highlight was edm to promote the sale of our products in a major chain by focussing on the stores area

  • Integrations
These features have been imperative as a part of my exommerce platform. The automated flows have been especially helpful
I havent yet used many of thenAI related features as I feel that the voice of my brand is lost slightly by utilising these features. Additionally it decreases my overall understanding
Intuit Mailchimp was scalable to a certain point but once my business became well established the limits of Intuit Mailchimp started to prove a hindrance. The biggest example is the lack of multiple email flows etc
The user interface is very simple to use and I've found that users of different technical comfort levels have been able to use the platform to achieve the desired outcome to a certain degree. This has been extremely helpful in the early stages of business where a marketing person may not have been the primary user
