Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

We use Intuit Mailchimp as the primary means of connecting with our 12,000+ email list (visitors, stakeholders, members, etc.). We send emails approximately three times per week to this list advertising programs, etc.

Pros

Cons

  • In my experience, t is very expensive
  • I think it lacks the multiplicity of plans that would more effectively meet our needs
  • In my opinion, Design app is primitive and clunky
  • High impact - little time investment leads to good response

No. I hate AI and refuse to use it.
Very well - as our list has grown, Intuit Mailchimp has offered additional plans that can accommodate it. In addition, we have aggressively increased the number of emails we send, and Intuit Mailchimp has accommodated that and offered opportunities to track engagement in a variety of different ways, which allows us to perfect our messaging.
I like it, aside from the difficult in pruning my user list and the cost.
It is inline with most of these products; in my experience, Wix is harder to upload and remove contacts.

It is well suited for mass emailing to a large and repetitive email campaigns, particularly those involving links, media, and images. The tracking applications allow me to see who has opened the emails and clicked on the links, thus measuring efficacy. Pruning the list of dead or useless emails is time consuming and difficult, however.
