I use isolved to track employee benefits and pay, onboard employees, and maintain employment documents.

- Policy Groups - needing to finish with different areas in isolved
- Reporting - could be more user-friendly
- Overall set up of rules/templates could be simplified with less tech-language
- Streamlined onboarding process
- Reduced time looking for files in different areas
- Gives employees more control over their experience
Paychex can do a lot of the same things, but less complicated. They have a more simplified approach to their interface. However, it does not give you the autonomy to mold templates and policies specific to your needs as easily as isolved.
