Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We use isolved for employee personnel data storage, onboarding, benefits and payroll mostly.

Pros

  • Payroll processing is simple
  • Custom reporting
  • Benefits enrollment approval

Cons

  • customer service
  • tier 2 time response
  • timely responses to tax notices
  • Makes using one platform for all resources easier
There can be a lag in response time on more complicated system errors especially when escalated to tier 2.
So many annual processes now have custom reports tied to them that make the process faster and more efficient. i.e. a quarterly gross wages report.
The reporting and user interface is a lot easier in isolved. reporting is better as well.

isolved software is pretty easy to navigate and allows admin users to modify a lot of what their employees see. The payroll and PTO being so closely attached to one another is an issue we have along with the wait time for customer service responses.
