We use isolved for employee personnel data storage, onboarding, benefits and payroll mostly.

  • tier 2 time response
  • timely responses to tax notices
  • Makes using one platform for all resources easier
The reporting and user interface is a lot easier in isolved. reporting is better as well.

isolved software is pretty easy to navigate and allows admin users to modify a lot of what their employees see. The payroll and PTO being so closely attached to one another is an issue we have along with the wait time for customer service responses.
