Overall Satisfaction with isolved

isolved is used to process payroll. I use isolved Hire to post positions, review applications, communicate with applicants and document the stages of the applicant. I use isolved for reporting, storing all employee records and for analytical reporting.

  • The platform is not very customizable
  • I don't believe there has been any impact on ROI
isolved is much better than any ADP product. I found it to be on the same level as Paylocity but a smaller platform.

The customer service is great. The team members are always very helpful and pleasant to work with. If there is something they are not able to help with, they will go to another member or department for assistance.

I feel like I am being pushed to purchase other products or platforms quite often.
