isolved is a one stop shop! From anything from HR to payroll; isolved's got you covered! They are quick to respond to anything that you are needing assistance with. They have made our onboarding process extremely easy.

I gave this rating because for the most part I am always responded to quickly. More recently there have been a couple of times where it has taken a couple of days for me to get a reply. I also said I would receive a call back same day and that did not happen. It eventually was handled. after a couple of days.
isolved has helped with the effectiveness because the information is there for you to see and or pull very quickly.
